(b. in Buchares, RO) and currently based between Barcelona (SP) - Berlin (DE) Lali's art speaks the language of minimalism.Confronting emptiness with the purity of white, her creative process, relying on intuition, leads to moments of pause, allowing the essence of the artwork to emerge. Through contemplation, she refines the raw subtleties found within the abstract.
Onion skin paper, porcelain, acrylic, and golden leaf unlock her poetic depths: tradition lightens, yielding to a delicate interplay of noble fragility that resonates with the fundamental aspects of human existence—where vulnerability and strength coexist harmoniously.
Her pieces greet with a sense of unendingness and incompleteness. The quest for a perpetual cadence resolves through the viewer’s contemplation, revealing the kinetic dimension of the work.
